Sensory Training Course Part II
Ten brewers, beer lovers and beer servers meet with Robin Barden from Edge Brewing and Marc Corominas, Certified Beer Server, to study key flavours in beer, testing our olfactory “detective” powers. This is part two of the course, covering 20 flavours altogether.
