Sensory Training Course Part I

Ten brewers, beer lovers and beer servers meet with Robin Barden from Edge Brewing and Marc Corominas, Certified Beer Server, to study key flavours in beer, testing our olfactory “detective” powers.  We have 20 flavours to get through, so this is part one of two sessions.
